adds also two arguments to build.sh --wheel - to produce a wheel under dist --freethreaded - to force the freethreaded "compatible" version (e.g. cp313t or cp314t)

Currently only 3.9 version is published to pypi but when trying to run something with freethreading python these packages will not get installed
